Adam M
Hi! I’m Adam.
I’m the founder of Evergreen Support Services. My vision is to create meaningful pairings between clients and support workers on the northside of Brisbane, ensuring that our employees are paid fairly and that our clients’ funds are used responsibly.
As an ND (Neurodiversity) Affirming Support Worker, I embed these values into our training programs, aiming to not only meet but exceed your goals. My background spans a variety of healthcare fields, including aged care, disability support, and childcare. I’m passionate about advocating for everyone’s right to receive fair and compassionate care.

Hi, I’m Sarah.
Over the past 4 years I have worked in early childhood education, previously I have also worked in aged care.
I hold my diploma of early childhood education and care.
During my time working in these areas, I have thoroughly enjoyed caring for children, supporting people to reach their goals, build their confidence, independence and develop skills.
You will find my work supports others around me, as my attitude is positive and I approach my work with a can-do attitude, I love to learn, and to watch others learn too. I thrive off team work, problem-solving, creating a supportive environment and having fun with you.

Hi, my name is Caleb.
I’ve been in the industry for over 5 years. I hold my disability screening, Blue Card, CPR, and First Aid certifications. I am CPI trained (previously known as MAPA), have skills in manual handling, PEG feeding, and medication administration, and hold my Cert III in Individual Support.
I was drawn to this industry by my passion for working with unique personalities. I aim to offer help where I can, finding this line of work deeply fulfilling. I’m goal-oriented, accepting of people from all walks of life, and maintain a non-judgmental approach.
Outside of work, my interests include music, various forms of art, games, technology, and a love for animals and wildlife.
