Adam’s journey to founding Evergreen Support Services began with his frustrating experience working in the industry. He witnessed firsthand the mistreatment of participants and the politics that compromised the quality of care. Determined to make a difference, Adam envisioned a better way to support individuals with disabilities—one that truly prioritized their needs and rights. This vision led him to establish Evergreen Support Services, a company built on this philosophy.

You will have a primary support worker who ensures familiarity and continuity of care, building a strong and understanding relationship with you. This dual approach ensures that you always receive consistent and reliable support, regardless of any unexpected changes.

Our staff are well-qualified, holding at least a Certificate III in Individual Support, and possess a minimum of one year’s experience in the industry. We pledge open communication and attentiveness to your needs, ready to make adjustments to better meet your preferences and requirements.
