We provide services across Australia
Our Disability Support Worker duties include the following tasks:
- Driving clients and running errands
- Assist people to live as independently as possible in their own home and in the community, remove barriers and engage in a full life
- Some personal care including helping people shower, getting dressed and performing daily activities, laundry etc.
- Providing social support to people with disabilities and people recovering from mental health issues
- Assist people with physical and psycho-social disabilities to remain independent in their own homes
- Assisting with light housework, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen, bathroom
- Occasionally provide therapy assistance to support the implementation of physical, speech, OT and psychological plans and strategies (as directed by their allied health teams)
- Assist people to get out and about in the community
- Assist people get to and from appointments, fill in forms and apply for other supports like social housing, employment or other entitlements
- Hanging out and making plans to try new thing
- Help with cooking and doing dishes, planning meals, groceries
- Keeping clients company and providing positive social support and build confidence
- Reviewing and updating care support plans
If you would like to work with us, we require the following:
- Empathy, kindness and good sense of humor
- While it is not a government requirement, we believe that education is of key importance for quality care. We require all our workers have a minimum of Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care).
Those that do not have their Certificate III but wish to work with us may complete their 120 placement hours required for the certificate through us, during these hours you will be supervised by one of our trained and qualified staff members.

- While it is not a government requirement, we believe that education is of key importance for quality care. We require all our workers have a minimum of Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability or Aged Care).
- NDIS workers Screen Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certification
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Driver’s License
